Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the ConciseHire platform for healthcare recruitment services.

Important Notice

These terms govern your use of ConciseHire's healthcare recruitment platform. By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, including POEA regulations for overseas Filipino workers and Gulf Cooperation Council employment requirements.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ConciseHire ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including healthcare professionals, recruitment agencies, healthcare facilities, and visitors browsing our services.

2. Description of Service

ConciseHire is a digital platform that connects Filipino healthcare professionals with employment opportunities in the Gulf region and other international destinations. Our services include:

  • Profile creation and management for healthcare professionals
  • Job posting and candidate matching services for employers
  • Application tracking and communication tools
  • Document verification and credential assessment support
  • POEA compliance assistance and guidance
  • Interview coordination and placement services

3. User Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To use our Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • For healthcare professionals: Hold valid nursing or healthcare credentials
  • For employers: Be authorized to recruit healthcare professionals in your jurisdiction
  • Comply with all applicable laws in the Philippines and destination countries

3.2 Account Registration

Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. POEA Compliance and Legal Requirements

4.1 POEA Compliance

All overseas employment placements through our Platform must comply with the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) rules and regulations. Healthcare professionals are responsible for:

  • Obtaining proper POEA certification and clearances
  • Ensuring all contracts meet POEA standards
  • Completing required pre-departure orientation programs
  • Following POEA guidelines for overseas workers

4.2 Professional Licensing

Healthcare professionals must maintain valid professional licenses and ensure their credentials meet the requirements of destination countries. ConciseHire assists with verification but does not guarantee license approval by foreign authorities.

4.3 Employment Contracts

All employment contracts must comply with both Philippine labor laws and the employment laws of the destination country. We strongly recommend legal review of all employment agreements.

5. User Responsibilities and Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal recruitment practices
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Upload malicious software or attempt to breach platform security
  • Collect user information without consent

5.2 Content Guidelines

All content posted on the Platform must be professional, accurate, and comply with our community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards.

6. Fees and Payment Terms

6.1 Service Fees

ConciseHire may charge fees for certain services. All fees are clearly disclosed before any financial commitment. We do not charge healthcare professionals for basic platform access or job applications.

6.2 Employer Fees

Healthcare facilities and recruitment agencies may be subject to subscription fees, posting fees, or placement fees as outlined in their service agreements.

6.3 Payment Terms

All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy available upon request.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By using our Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy, including the transfer of data necessary for international recruitment services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ConciseHire and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of their personal information and professional content but grant ConciseHire a license to use this content for platform operations and recruitment services.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We may suspend or terminate services for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons.

9.2 Employment Outcomes

ConciseHire facilitates connections between healthcare professionals and employers but does not guarantee employment outcomes, visa approvals, or successful placements.

9.3 Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of information provided by third-party employers, educational institutions, or other users of the Platform.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate their account at any time. ConciseHire reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, illegal activities, or other circumstances that may harm the Platform or its users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. However, provisions regarding privacy, intellectual property, and dispute resolution will survive termination.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings related to these Terms will be subject to Philippine jurisdiction.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

We encourage users to resolve disputes through direct communication. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or appropriate courts in Metro Manila, Philippines.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
